Senior associate at Hamouda law firm (2015 – Till Now) Mr. Kamal worked with multinational companies on different considerable transactions in respect to capital market, banking and finance, hotel and tourism. In addition, he is responsible for conducting legal researches concerning corporate, commercial law and private international law.

  • reviewed companies and stock exchange law and articles of association of Egyptian companies
  • Prepared English and Arabic summaries of shareholders, share purchase and management agreements.
• Attended the ("CEDR") the centre for effective dispute  resolution (2010)
• Attended the continuing legal education for young lawyers (ABA) the American bar association rule of law initiative and 'CLE" course program co-sponsored by the cairo regional centre for international commercial and arbitration (CRCICA) (2009).
